She uses yoga as a therapeutic tool to assist others in private lessons. Here, she works with subjects such as stress, sadness, infidelity, burnout, and depression. With proper follow-up, she has achieved positive results, with clients returning to work, rediscovering their self-esteem, and taking control of their own lives.
Inger:
Inger completed her training in India and has participated in various yoga retreats in Germany with Kati. She guides you with deep presence and spreads a delightful calmness in the group. Inger ensures that you find the perfect balance between a strong Vinyasa class and total relaxation in Restorative yoga. And if you're lucky, she will sing for you at the end, with the most beautiful and clear voice.
Silje:
Silje completed her training in Bali in 2019. She invites everyone into her warm and welcoming practice, where the focus will be on love and mindfulness. She has extensive experience in meditation and will awaken and calm you with her warm voice.
